Food Services 2025-2026
Cape Flattery School District will continue participating in a National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program called Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). This program allows all students attending school in person to receive breakfast and lunch at no charge throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
All Students enrolled in Neah Bay Elementary, Neah Bay Secondary, Neah Bay High School, Clallam Bay School, are entitled to one meal (breakfast and lunch) at no charge. Additional meals or ala carte items will be charged accordingly and families will be billed. Meals will be distributed on campus at scheduled meal times.
While Cape Flattery School District participates in CEP, families will need to fill out the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education (CNEEB) Application. We must still collect family income information, as the state uses that information to determine funding for some of our education programs. Depending on your household income, your family may also be eligible for other benefits and waived fees.
The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) has developed the CNEEB Application to collect the information. The application captures information and ensures the district receives all the funding it is entitled to for other state-funded education programs.
Please take a moment to complete the application and return it to your student’s school or the district office, P.O. Box 109, Sekiu, WA 98381. Your participation is essential for us to provide OSPI with the information they need and ensure the Cape Flattery School District will continue receiving critical state funding for these educational programs.
